Advanced Safe & Lock

Advanced Safe & Lock is a locksmith and safe service company that handles commercial and residential lock work along with safe and vault repair, opening and moving. The shop does rekeying, master key systems for schools, apartments and factories, interchangeable core and high security locks, deadbolts, exit devices, door closers and safe combination changes. Safe drilling and dial-open work are part of the service, and the company converts mechanical safe locks to electronic ones. The head technician has more than 50 years of experience with commercial locks and safes.

The business serves a wide area across Jefferson, Lewis and western St. Lawrence counties, including Watertown, Clayton, Alexandria Bay, Carthage and Lowville. The office is at 34646 Carter St. in LaFargeville. Safe moving is offered on a limited basis, and access control work is limited to stand-alone hardware since hard-wired systems are no longer offered.
