TSBS is a consulting firm of school Medicaid specialists that handles Medicaid billing for the state-wide School Health and Related Services (SHARS) program. Its work centers on helping Texas school districts increase their Medicaid reimbursements through timely, accurate claims, cost report preparation and support during audits. The company also runs EPIC, its own online billing system, which cuts the data entry that district staff and practitioners would otherwise do by hand.
