Texas Pie Company

Texas Pie Company is a pie bakery in Kyle known for pies made from recipes handed down through chef Julie Albertson's Texas family, starting with her grandmother's. Julie has been baking since well before she opened the first bakery in 1986, and the shop also offers a lunch menu alongside its pies and pie dough pucks.
