Volunteer Chiropractic

Volunteer Chiropractic is a chiropractic practice led by Dr. James D. Watkins, known to patients as Dr. Dan, who has been providing natural care since 2005. Chiropractic adjustments are the core of the practice, along with acupuncture, massage therapy and functional medicine services such as herbal remedies and blood tests. Dr. Dan also has experience treating high school, collegiate and professional athletes for sports-related injuries.

New patients complete intake paperwork before their first visit, followed by a full exam that may include neurologic and orthopedic tests and posture analysis. Treatment is typically scheduled a few times a week at first, and Dr. Dan often sends home stretches and exercises. The office is in West Knoxville on Kingston Pike, serving patients in West Knoxville and Farragut.
