Unique Construction LLC

Unique Construction LLC is a licensed general contractor that also buys houses and land for cash, in any condition, across East Tennessee. The company says it has been doing this since 2010 and takes on repairs, renovations, new construction and additions, and property management alongside its purchases. Many of the properties it buys are ones other buyers pass on, such as fire-damaged homes, code cases, unpermitted additions and half-finished renovations.

Owners Kyle Hohman and Colt Williams run the business from 3713 Washington Pike in Knoxville. Offers are made after a walkthrough, with no obligation, and a signed offer sets the price and closing date before any work starts. The company says it can close in as little as seven days, and it also works with realtors and home inspectors as a referral partner. It will sometimes advise a seller that listing the house would bring more money.
