SmartWash

SmartWash cleans the exterior of homes and commercial properties in Knoxville, including siding, roofs, decks, driveways, concrete, gutters and windows. House washing and roof cleaning are done as soft washes with a bleach, soap and water solution at low pressure, with plants pre-wetted and protected. Concrete surfaces get a rotary surface cleaner, and metal roofs get a more diluted solution and hand scrubbing.

Quotes are free and usually come back the same day, often based on satellite imaging and real estate photos, so a site visit is only needed for complex or large commercial jobs. Pets are asked to stay out of the work area. House washing includes a one-year algae return guarantee, and roof cleaning carries a three-year warranty. Commercial work covers apartment complexes, HOAs, parking garages and high-rise buildings.
