Reagan Design and Construction

Reagan Design + Construction is a licensed general contracting firm that works on historic homes, commercial properties and new custom construction. The firm handles whole home renovations, large additions, custom new builds and historic restorations, and it has built breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, childcare centers, churches and medical offices. Its designers and builders are known for adaptive reuse, giving old or vacant buildings a second life.

The firm has been operating in Knoxville since 2004 and says it takes on FHA 203k renovation loan work. Projects typically start with a conversation about what the owner wants, and the team stays involved through every stage of the process. The office is on East 5th Avenue in Knoxville, and the team can be reached by phone or email.
