Pannell Construction

Pannell Construction is a licensed general contractor that works on both residential and commercial projects. Its residential side covers kitchen, bath and master suite renovations, full home renovations and additions, and repair, foundation and structural work. On the commercial side, the company handles retail, restaurant and small business build-outs, vanilla box construction and multi-family projects, and it also takes on custom homes, spec homes and ground-up commercial builds.

The company says no project is too big or too small and puts an emphasis on quality, reliability and relationships with clients. It serves Knoxville and surrounding cities and has an office at 4 Market Square in downtown Knoxville, so calls and visits are best arranged in advance by phone.
