Berny's Appliances

Berny's Appliances is a family-owned repair company that fixes major household and commercial appliances, along with residential and commercial HVAC systems. Technicians handle refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens and ranges, and garbage disposals, plus split systems, central air, ductless mini-splits and heat pumps. The company is a factory-authorized service center for GE, Samsung, LG, Liebherr, Hestan and ZLINE, and it uses original manufacturer parts.

A diagnostic visit starts at $70 for central Knoxville and rises with distance, and that fee is waived if you go ahead with the repair. Same-day visits depend on availability, so calling early in the day gives the best chance. Appointments can be booked online or by phone, and emergency service is available outside regular hours for an additional fee. The shop is in Knoxville, and the team covers a 50-mile radius around the city.
