Soothing Smiles Dental Hygiene

Soothing Smiles Dental Hygiene is an independent dental hygiene practice run from a single-room clinic, aimed at patients who feel anxious about dental visits. The clinician has more than 15 years of dental hygiene experience and is also a licensed massage therapist, so chair and head and neck massage can be added to a cleaning visit. Services include cleanings, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, dental x-rays, fluoride varnish, silver diamine fluoride and sealants.

Visits are by appointment, and the practice is set up for privacy and one-on-one care. Dental work that needs a dentist is referred out to trusted local dentists. The office is at 40 Landmark Hill Lane in Kittery, and the practice accepts Northeast Delta Dental, Martin's Point, Cigna and MaineCare.
