Times Real Estate Group

Times Real Estate Group manages rental homes and investment properties in Chester County, handling marketing vacancies, screening tenants, collecting rent, arranging repairs and keeping the accounting. The firm also works with buyers and sellers of homes and lists homes for sale.

Owners can follow their property through an online portal, and tenants can pay rent and submit repair requests the same way. The portal is available around the clock, and the office is open weekdays from 9 to 5, with Saturday and Sunday visits by appointment. Free estimates are offered, and new clients get a walkthrough of the property before the handoff.
