New Wave Cleaning LLC

New Wave Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning, including recurring house cleaning, deep and move-in/move-out cleanings, janitorial service for offices and facilities, and post-construction dust and debris removal. The company is owned and operated by two Temple graduates and says it does not franchise or subcontract its work. Its cleaners are background-checked and trained, and first visits are usually deep cleanings with a team of two to four.

New Wave works by appointment and gives free online estimates for both house and office jobs, with pricing based on the work required rather than an hourly rate. Service is offered at any time of day, including nights, weekends and holidays, and the company uses environmentally friendly products and offers COVID-19 cleaning. Its listed service areas include King of Prussia, Blue Bell, Lansdale and Collegeville, plus Montgomery and Delaware counties.
