United Built Homes

United Built Homes is a homebuilder that specializes in build-on-your-land homes, starting from a small lumberyard in Shreveport, Louisiana. Customers can choose from a wide selection of plans, customize one of them, or bring their own plan for the company to build.

The company handles much of the process in-house, including home design, financing through its own lender, permitting, the build itself, and support through closing. It serves families and landowners in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana through several design centers. This Rosenberg-area design center is listed at 12425 Highway 59 in Kendleton, and the company says it has been building homes since 1958.
