Two Forks Catering

Two Forks Catering is a full-service catering company that has been running since 1999, when it began in Katy, Texas, alongside two restaurants. Today it focuses on weddings, social events and corporate events, and the company says it caters a few hundred weddings each year along with horse shows, retirement dinners and gala fundraisers. The menu is organized into packages, salads, soups, entrees, appetizers, sides, boards and carving stations, with a custom menu option.

The company is family-owned and led by Jeff and Susan Smith, who also run restaurants and wedding venues. Clients can reach the team by phone or through an online event inquiry form, which asks for event type, date, venue and guest count. Two Forks is also part of a small group of companies that includes Hasta La Pasta, Lasagna House and The Orchard at Caney Creek.
