Terzo Roofing

Terzo Roofing is a veteran-owned, family-run roofing company based in Katy, focused on commercial roofs across the Houston area. The company services and maintains commercial roofs, restores them with silicone, acrylic and elastomeric coatings, and handles sheet metal work such as coping, flashing and edge metal. It also takes on residential reroofs, repairs and gutter installation.

Commercial work begins with a documented roof assessment, with photo reports and written findings that owners can share with an insurer or facility manager. Crews plan jobs around tenants and daily operations. The business is an awarded TIPS cooperative purchasing vendor, so school districts and public entities can buy its services through that program. Emergency calls are answered around the clock, and free estimates are offered.
