SO Nutrition

SO Nutrition is the practice of Stephanie Ouellette, a registered dietitian nutritionist who works on medical nutrition therapy and everyday eating goals. Common focus areas include diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease without dialysis, food allergies, celiac disease and gluten intolerance, weight loss, and prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric nutrition. Genetic testing with Nutrigenomix and body composition analysis on an InBody 570 are also offered.

Visits begin with a comprehensive nutrition assessment and an individualized plan, and sessions can be in person at the Katy office or virtual. Bundled packages are available, and the practice also offers grocery store tours, in-home pantry makeovers and menu analysis. The practice serves Katy and nearby towns including Sugar Land, Cypress and Richmond, and consultations can be booked online.
