Nelson Nursery and Water Gardens

Nelson Nursery & Water Gardens is a full-service garden center that has served Katy since 1997. The nursery carries plants, sod, fertilizers, soils, mulches and composts, along with pottery, garden art, fountains, pond supplies and aquatic plants and fish. Customers also come in for disappearing fountains and water garden setups.

The store offers landscape design, consultation and design-and-build work for customers who would rather hand off the project. Landscape service areas include Katy, Fulshear, Cypress, Memorial and West Houston. The store is at 1502 Katy Fort Bend Road, and reviewers often mention the staff's knowledge of water gardens and the section of Texas-native plants.
