Patients begin with an online eligibility quiz, then complete a medical intake for provider review. Approved prescriptions ship to the door with tracked delivery and care-team support. There are no memberships or hidden fees, and visits are handled online in several states, with local clinics in Houston, Brownsville, McAllen and Laredo for in-person care. The compounding pharmacy is based in Katy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and not every patient qualifies.
