Da Silva Steakhouse

Da Silva Steakhouse grills beef, chicken and pork in a menu that mixes steakhouse cuts with Latin American and Brazilian dishes. Signature plates include the Espetada de Carne, a 24oz beef strip loin skewer roasted on a traditional spit and finished with garlic and parsley butter, and the Parrilla Corriente, an 8oz strip loin served with homemade sausage. Starters such as tequeños, arepas and fried calamari round out the menu.

Diners can eat in, order takeout, or have food delivered, and the restaurant also does catering for groups and events. Live music plays at the restaurant, and there is a kids' menu for families. It is on Katy Freeway in Katy, and the hours run late on Thursday through Saturday nights.
