Cinco Residential Property Association, Inc

Cinco Residential Property Association is the homeowners association for the Cinco Ranch residential communities in Katy, Texas. Its office runs the community's pool system, which includes eleven pools shared between Cinco I and Cinco II, and handles pool access cards, amenity access registration and community documents.

The office at 3022 Windemere Park Lane is open Monday through Friday during business hours. Pool cards cost $25.00 each, with a limit of four per household, and the office accepts only personal checks or money orders for payment. Private pool parties are booked directly through A-Beautiful Pools rather than the HOA office, and private swim lessons are not permitted at either pool group. Pool season runs from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
