Champs Express

Champs Express runs early childhood fitness programs for preschoolers, with gymnastics and fitness classes that build strength and coordination, and dance classes covering ballet, tap, jazz and hip hop. The classes are taught at the child's own school rather than at a studio, so the program comes to preschools, daycares, Montessori schools and learning academies. Each lesson mixes play with age-appropriate skill work.

Champs Express also offers a safety program covering topics like fire safety, asking for help and recognizing unfamiliar adults. The company is expanding through franchise-style locations and is hiring coaches. Its phone lines are split by area: Katy, Fulshear and Richmond in the Houston area have one number, other Houston locations and the Austin area (Lakeway and Bee Cave) use another.
