Bill Anderson Air (281) 769-9999

Bill Anderson Air is a family-owned heating and air conditioning company that sells, services and installs all major HVAC brands. The company offers free quotes on new equipment and handles repairs for systems that won't turn on, won't cool, won't heat or run too long. Its troubleshooting guides cover common problems like water dripping outside the house and foul odors from registers, which is often called dirty sock syndrome in the Katy area.

Service covers Katy, Fulshear and Richmond, and the company says it can usually respond faster within that area. The office is open Monday through Friday during business hours and is closed on weekends, so non-emergency calls are best made on weekdays. Customers have praised the team for prompt, honest work, and a staff of technicians and office staff are listed on the site.
