AMI House Buyers

AMI House Buyers buys houses in cash in any condition, including homes that have flood damage, fire damage, needed repairs, inheritance issues, tax problems, foreclosure risk, or a divorce or bankruptcy behind the sale. The company says it pays no commissions or fees and covers the closing costs, and it offers a no-obligation cash offer, typically within 24 hours of a viewing request.

The process starts with a short online form, followed by a visit to see the home in person, with no need to clean up beforehand. Sellers can take time to think over an offer, and closings use a local title company on the seller's timetable. The business is based in Katy and says it serves Katy and greater Houston, with interest in nearby towns such as Cypress, Spring, Sugar Land and The Woodlands. It also buys apartment buildings, storage facilities and vacant land.
