Williams Construction Kauai

Williams Construction Kauai is a licensed general contractor and architectural design firm that builds custom homes and high-end renovations on the island. The company self-performs ground-up construction and handles full architectural design under one roof, from residential plans and drafting to estate planning and hospitality design. Billy Williams, the owner, runs the company as working manager with a team of craftsmen, designers and project managers.

Clients can start with a finished architectural plan set or with only an idea of the home they want, and the team guides them through the building process. The office is on the East Side of Kauai in Kapaa, and the company serves the entire island. Because it is individually owned, the owner stays involved in the day-to-day work on projects.
