Gunter Pest & Lawn

Gunter Pest & Lawn is a family-owned pest control and lawn care company in Kansas City, operating since 1950. Its residential and commercial pest work covers ants, bed bugs, cockroaches, crickets, fleas, mosquitoes, rodents, silverfish, spiders and termites, with termite treatment and quarterly prevention plans among the main options. Lawn care includes a seven-step treatment program, aeration and seeding.

Homes are inspected inside and out at the first visit before a treatment plan is set. Residential and lawn pricing is quoted in monthly or per-treatment terms, and free estimates are offered. Lawn quotes for yards larger than 8,000 square feet are handled by bid. The office is at 220 W. 72nd St. in Kansas City, and the company says its services are green-friendly, with electric vehicles and a solar-powered garage and office.
