KC LOCAL HOMES

KC LOCAL HOMES is a real estate brokerage serving the entire Kansas City metro area. The team works with buyers and sellers, and says its business is built on referrals and long-standing relationships with clients. Heather Luce is the broker and owner, and the agents include Crysti Miller, Shane Tyler, Eva Geiger, Tracy Moran, Matthew McKinnie, Cari Pruessner, Amber O'Brien, Doug Pruessner, Angela Haywood and Karen Pritchard.

Buyers and sellers can contact the team through its website or by phone at the office line. The brokerage is located at 2500 West 43rd Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas, and the team says it values honesty, kindness and personal service over a sales-first approach.
