Food Truck

Uncle Sammy's Food Truck serves hot and cold subs on authentic Amoroso rolls, including Philly cheesesteaks made with 100% ribeye, pastrami sandwiches, chicken subs and a cold Italian trio. The Patty Melt and Reuben are also on the menu, and sides include chips, fries and tots.

The truck is parked at 190 Ivy St. in Junction City, and the menu lists subs in half or whole sizes. Upgrades to fries or tots are available, and sauces can be added for a small charge. The owner, who has close to 20 years of experience in restaurants and hospitality, says produce and proteins are hand selected for each order.
