Prestige Floor Coating

Prestige Floor Coating applies epoxy floor coatings to concrete in garages, basements, pool decks, walkways, commercial kitchens, warehouses and other residential, commercial and industrial spaces. The company offers decorative options such as metallic finishes, liquid granite look, 3D textures and sports-team colors, and also does floor resurfacing, refinishing and concrete restoration. Its process starts with grinding the concrete, repairing cracks and building up several coats of epoxy with a clear top coat.

The company offers free estimates by phone or through a contact form, and it serves homeowners and businesses across Maryland and into Virginia, Delaware and Pennsylvania. The office is on Emmorton Park Road in Edgewood, and the site lists a lifetime warranty and a guarantee against peeling.
