Body Tech Total Fitness

Body Tech Total Fitness is a full-service gym offering cardio and strength equipment, free weights, functional cross-training rooms and a wide range of group classes, including strength, boot camp, Zumba, step aerobics, cycling, kickboxing, barre and Hatha yoga. Certified trainers offer personal training, and the club has a smoothie bar.

The gym has a childcare center for children from infants to 11 years old, with a climbing and slide area and daily sanitizing. Members can use the MyZone heart rate system in classes and on the floor. The Joliet location is at Hennepin Drive, and the club also has a Mokena location. A 3-week pass is available for new visitors.
