Everly Life Insurance Company is a life insurer that took over the business of Settlers Life Insurance Company after Everly Holdings, LLC acquired it in 2022. Existing policy numbers and policy terms did not change, and AM Best rates the company A- (Excellent) for claims-paying ability.

Policyholders can make payments through the company's online payment system. Policy updates such as name, address or beneficiary changes should be mailed to the Jersey City, New Jersey address rather than the billing address. Claims questions go to a separate claims email and phone line, and phone support runs on weekdays, Central time. Some older mail may still carry the Settlers Life name during the transition.
