Sovereign King Church is a Christian church that confesses Jesus Christ as King and worships together on Sunday. Its teaching centers on Scripture as the final authority for all of life, with preaching at the heart of the service, congregational singing of Psalms and hymns, and the Lord's Supper. The church also runs Sunday School, men's, family, and student ministries, and posts sermons online.
Services are on Sunday, with Sunday School at 9:00 AM and worship at 10:30 AM. Visitors do not need to dress a certain way, and children are welcome, with an optional nursery for ages 1 to 3 during the sermon. The church meets at 332 East Chestnut Street in Jeffersonville, and recent sermons can be watched live or as audio for those who are out of town.
