Shanghai Dumplings

Shanghai Dumplings serves Shanghai-style soup dumplings, pan-fried buns and handmade dumplings, along with noodle soups, dry noodles, tofu bowls and cold appetizers. Signature dishes include the pork and crab juicy buns and the lion's head noodle soup, made with natural ingredients and handmade dough. The chef brings about 50 years of experience cooking in Shanghai restaurants, and the menu also includes fried udon, rice cake dishes and bubble tea.

Shanghai Dumplings is part of a group with locations in Edison and North Brunswick, and the Monroe Township shop is still in its soft-opening period. Pick-up orders are taken directly, and delivery is available through partner services. Gift cards can be bought on the website. The Monroe Township location is open Tuesday through Sunday and closed on Mondays.
