The Greatful Plumber

The Greatful Plumber is a family-owned plumbing company in Jacksonville that handles both homes and businesses, from drain clearing and water heater repair to sewer camera inspections, trenchless drain repair and whole-house hot water systems. Quotes are flat-rate and given before work starts, and the company also serves restaurants, offices and property managers with grease trap cleaning and maintenance plans.

Crews take calls around the clock, including emergencies like burst pipes, though after-hours work may cost more. Same-day service is offered on most calls. Technicians are licensed, insured and background-checked, and shoe covers go on at every job. The shop is at Lenox Avenue in Jacksonville.
