Shaw Chiropractic & Wellness is a chiropractic practice run by husband-and-wife doctors Chad and Andrea Shaw, who opened the office in 1999. The practice treats back, neck and shoulder pain, sciatica, headaches, sports and auto injuries, and TMJ problems, and it adds massage therapy, shockwave therapy and a medically supervised Ideal Protein weight loss program. Patients can also get custom Foot Levelers orthotics and topical pain products.

Walk-ins are welcome, and the office says it sees most new patients within 24 hours of a call. Appointments can also be booked online. The office sits on Perimeter Park Blvd in the Deerwood area of Jacksonville, and the doctors say they have experience handling VA care for veterans, including those at Naval Station Mayport and NAS Jacksonville.
