REVAMP Wellness Center for Men

REVAMP Wellness Center for Men is a clinician-led medical wellness practice focused on men's health, hormone care, medical weight management and personalized wellness. Its care starts with an individualized medical evaluation, with labs when appropriate, and a treatment plan that a provider directs and monitors over time. Services include testosterone and hormone care, medical weight management, peptide and wellness options, IV therapy and wellness injections, sexual wellness, and hair-loss care.

The in-person clinic is on Blanding Boulevard in Jacksonville, and in-person visits are primarily on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Eligible patients can also receive virtual care across Florida, with Monday, Wednesday and Friday mostly reserved for virtual and provider days. Prospective patients can book a free 15-minute consultation before deciding whether to start care. Not every patient qualifies for every therapy, and results vary.
