North Royal Construction

North Royal Construction is a state-certified general contractor focused on commercial renovation and build-outs in Northeast Florida. The company handles retail tenant build-outs, restaurant kitchens and dining areas, office renovations, hotel renovations, multifamily work, and warehouse renovations, and also lists barndominium construction and commercial additions among its services. Clients mention coordinating with landlords, designers and vendors on store and office projects.

The firm works on code-compliant projects and says it follows architectural and engineering plans closely from start to finish. Hotel and office renovations are often phased so that occupancy or day-to-day operations are disrupted as little as possible. Requests for estimates and consultations can be sent through the contact form or by phone, and the company lists Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Orange Park, Orlando, Tampa and Miami among its service areas.
