Model City Roofing

Model City Roofing handles residential and commercial roofing, including new roofs, roof replacements and minor repairs. The company offers installation and service on roofing products from Owens Corning, and it has a Platinum Preferred Partner designation from that manufacturer. Owner Chris Canipe has led the business since it was acquired in 2016.

The company offers free estimates, including online requests, and provides 24/7 emergency roofing service. Its headquarters is on Williamsburg Park Boulevard in Jacksonville, with additional locations in Orlando, Tampa, Sarasota and Tennessee. The company also says it does free roofing installations for military families and some local charities.
