Metro Property Services

Metro Property Services is a commercial roofing contractor that also handles commercial waterproofing, building envelope repairs and related exterior work. Its crews do leak repairs, full roof replacements, reroofing and new construction roofing, along with roof inspections, preventative maintenance, roof coatings and skylight work. It installs single-ply TPO and PVC systems, modified bitumen and built-up roofing.

Most of its clients are property managers, facility managers, building owners and general contractors. Work is scheduled so occupied buildings can stay open, and the company self-performs its crews. It is locally owned and has operated since 1991, serving Jacksonville and the surrounding counties of Duval, Clay, Nassau, St. Johns and Baker. Elevator pit cleaning, commercial pressure washing and commercial painting are also offered.
