Men's Mental Health

Men's Mental Health is a psychiatric practice in Jacksonville focused on mental health care for men. Led by Dr. Marek Hirsch, a board-certified psychiatrist, the team treats anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, substance use, and gambling and gaming addiction. The approach keeps psychiatric prescriptions as lean as possible and pairs medication management and talk therapy with attention to exercise and nutrition.

New patients can usually get an appointment within one week, either in person at the clinic near San Marco or by telehealth for people elsewhere in Florida. Spanish is spoken at the practice, and veterans can be seen through VA community care. The clinic has a gym that patients are encouraged to use before or after visits.
