Jax Beach Aviation

Jax Beach Aviation is a flight school based at Craig Airport that offers Part 61 flight training in Cessna 172s and Cirrus aircraft, along with airplane rides, scenic tours of Jacksonville, and aircraft rental. The school also leases and manages aircraft, and it is an official Cirrus training center.

Training options include career and individual programs, and an AATD-approved flight simulator supplements time in the air. Scenic and date night flights along the coast are open to people with no flying experience, and a discovery flight is available as a first step. The school is located next to the Jacksonville Executive Jet Center, and its classrooms include a learning lounge and a quiet study room with a resource library.
