Injury Care Centers

Injury Care Centers is a walk-in clinic that treats injuries rather than illnesses, with a focus on auto accidents, work injuries and sports injuries. Its clinicians combine physical medicine, chiropractic care, athletic training and interventional pain management into one treatment plan, using digital X-ray and high field MRI to find the source of pain. Treatments include spinal decompression, shockwave therapy and Biotarget therapy for conditions such as whiplash, back and neck pain, herniated discs and knee or shoulder injuries.

No appointment or referral is needed to walk in, and because the clinics see only injury patients, waits tend to be shorter than at an emergency room or a general urgent care. Telemedicine follow-ups and after-hours on-call help are available, and patients are seen with or without insurance. For car crash injuries, Florida's no-fault law requires initial care within 14 days, which the clinics can provide. Locations are in Jacksonville, Orange Park, Green Cove Springs, Jacksonville Beach and Yulee. Severe symptoms still belong in an emergency department.
