DF Luxury Homes

DF Luxury Homes is a custom home builder working in Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra Beach. The company builds high-end custom homes, from design through finishing, and offers a build-on-your-lot option along with home sites in communities such as River Landing at Twenty Mile in Nocatee, Glen Kernan, Coastal Grove Estates and The Palms at Old Ponte Vedra. It is a subsidiary of Dream Finders Homes, and its work is led by builder Marcus Meide, a Florida certified building contractor.

Clients work closely with the team through each stage of planning and construction. New home sales are handled through a new home concierge, and the company hosts occasional broker open house tours. The office is on Philips Hwy in Jacksonville.
