Canopy Children's Solutions

Canopy Children's Solutions is a Mississippi nonprofit that serves children and families with behavioral health care, education and family support. Its behavioral health work includes outpatient clinics, a psychiatric residential treatment center for ages 6 to 17, an early intervention autism clinic for children 18 months to 8, in-home therapy as an alternative to residential care, and Wraparound support for families. Its educational arm runs fully accredited private special purpose schools for children whose behavior keeps them from succeeding in a traditional classroom. Family support includes foster care, adoption and an emergency shelter.

Most clinics keep weekday business hours, with after-hours calls routed through a Care Coordinator. The Jackson headquarters and autism clinic are at 1513 Lakeland Drive, and the Care Coordinator line at 800-388-6247 serves the whole state. Services in several programs are offered across Mississippi, with clinics in Jackson, Biloxi and Hattiesburg and schools in Jackson, Hattiesburg and Ridgeland.
