Waves of Change, LLC

Waves of Change is a counseling practice in Jackson that works with individuals, families, and couples. The practice takes a trauma-informed approach to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and other life struggles, and offers services including child and adolescent therapy, marital and premarital counseling, and mental health counseling. Methods listed include EMDR, trauma-focused CBT, play therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Telehealth appointments are available, and new clients are being accepted. The practice accepts many insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare, and also works with clients paying out of pocket. Waves of Change has a second office in Hillsdale, and the main office is at 2017 4th St in Jackson.
