RJ’S METROPOLITAN ICE CREAM CO.

RJ's is a burger and ice cream spot known for its rotating ice cream flavors, from Strawberry Cheesecake and Mackinac Island Fudge to Cookie Monster and Moose Tracks. The menu also includes smash burgers built to order with a choice of single, double, or triple patties and toppings, plus seasoned fries in eight flavors. Its Crazy Shakes come piled with whipped cream, candy, sprinkles and cookies, and Ice Cream Nachos made with crispy waffle chips are a newer treat.

The Jackson location is at 135 East Michigan Avenue, and RJ's also has a second location in East Lansing on East Grand River. Orders can be placed online for pickup, and the Jackson shop also takes orders through DoorDash. The in-store menu differs somewhat from the DoorDash menu. The shop can also host events, which can be booked through the website.
