Jeannine Rehberg Counseling

Jeannine Rehberg, LMSW, is a licensed master social worker who offers talk therapy for adults and older teens dealing with stress, trauma, depression, anxiety and life transitions. Her anxiety work covers generalized anxiety, panic attacks and phobias, and she has worked with anxious clients since 2005, from children as young as four to adults in their eighties. She combines cognitive behavior therapy with EMDR, which she is trained in, and teaches practical coping skills such as relaxation techniques and setting boundaries.

Rehberg works with clients' doctors when they take medication, but she does not prescribe medication herself. Sessions can be held in her office on 4th Street in Jackson or by teletherapy over a secure video platform, which is useful when illness, weather or travel makes an office visit hard.
