Ironbark Brewing Company

Ironbark Brewing Company is a microbrewery and gastropub that has operated since 2017, known for a range of house beers from light golden ales to bold porters and IPAs. The taplist changes as the brewers try new things, so there is usually something for most beer drinkers.

The brewery sits on Kibby Road on Jackson's south side, in a quiet neighborhood setting. Its brewmaster, Nathan Brue, started homebrewing in 2012 and has been brewing for Ironbark since 2018. The food side began with Adam Cyrocki, who now co-owns the brewery and built a deli menu at the Kibby Cobb Market. Hours run through the week, with later weekend closing times and a Sunday close at 6 PM.
