Essential Energies

Essential Energies is a holistic center in Jackson where a group of independent practitioners offers massage therapy, Reiki, sound healing, yoga, tai chi and qigong, and karate. The weekly schedule includes yoga, Zumba, and karate classes for adults and kids, and the center also runs occasional outings such as paddleboard yoga with sound healing and a guided nature walk.

Each practitioner handles their own bookings, payments, and schedule, so you book directly with the person you want to see, either through their page on the website or by phone. Same-day appointments are usually not available and walk-ins are not accepted, but the main office can help find someone with an opening. Some classes take drop-ins for a higher price, so check the class listing before you go.
