Integra Urgent Care

Integra Urgent Care is a walk-in medical clinic treating common illnesses and minor injuries such as colds, sprains and fractures, for children and adults. Services include COVID-19 testing and treatment, on-site lab and digital X-ray with results routed to radiologists, STD and drug testing, and physical exams without an appointment.

Integra accepts most major insurance plans and offers self-pay rates for patients without coverage. You can check in online and wait at home until staff call you, and the Las Colinas clinic runs Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM with shorter weekend hours. Video visits are also available. The Las Colinas location is at 7447 N MacArthur Blvd in Irving, and the company has other clinics in Weatherford and Grand Prairie.
