Weimer Construction is a family-owned residential builder that works on new custom homes, remodels and renovations, and stucco. The company builds from ready-to-build designs, from a client's own plans, or from scratch, and takes on projects from single kitchens and bathrooms to additions and major structural work. Stucco is a specialty, with the company working as a certified stucco applicator since 2003, installing stucco-like exterior finishes and handling repairs on existing stucco.

The owners, Glenn and Linette Weimer, have designed and built homes in the Iowa City area for more than three decades, and their son Chris now manages construction. Clients can review a 3D design before building starts. The office is on Dolphin Drive SE in Iowa City, and the company serves homeowners across the Iowa City area.
